• The prize cannot be exchanged for the equivalent monetary value.
• The lucky winner will be chosen at random by CitizenCard.
• The winners will be announced at by the 12th December 2024.
• No family, friends or employees of CitizenCard or Merlin Entertainments or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries may enter the competition.
• No user may enter more than once.
• The decision of CitizenCard will be final.
• The competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18 only.
• Winners prizes will arrive within 28 days of notification of win.
• Your standard entry ticket entitles you to entry to SEA LIFE London Aquarium, arrive at your selected time slot on the day of your choice.
• The time slot selected is the time when you will be welcomed to join the queue. Please do not arrive before your timeslot.
• You can reschedule your tickets for free if your plans change.
• Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18+
• All children under 2 must have a valid ticket.
